I needed to build out an office space within my unfinished basement so I went out and got estimates from several home remodel companies in the area I ultimately went with Lifetime Remodelers because, in addition to offering a fair price, they demonstrated good communication skills Anytime I had a question or concern, I would reach out to Mark, and there was just minimal turnaround time when returning my email, text, or phone call Luckily, this trend continued throughout the duration of the project
The work consisted of framing, electrical, drywall install/sanding, and floor tiling The contractors on the job were very professional day in and day out They consistently arrived and left the job everyday like clockwork When they had questions/doubts about a certain aspect of the work, they had no hesitation asking me for direction I very much appreciated them doing this; rather than make decisions based on assumptions, they consulted with me first
The project duration lasted days, and I couldn't be happier with the results I haven't yet had (nor seen) any issues with my office build-out and have received many compliments about it As an extremely satisfied customer, I will strongly consider bringing them back to frame, drywall, and tile the remaining half of my basement
In short, my experience with Lifetime Remodelers was a very good one Mark *** (and Beri) did a good job at managing the project and checkion the work periodically The contractor crew was very professional, polite, and most importantly they were highly skilled If I have more home remodel jobs in the future, Lifetime Remodelers will be the first company I call for an estimate

Mark was the one who provided us with an estimate for the job we wanted done. He was very professional and thorough in his explanation. When the contractors arrived they started immediately and as I was watching them work, I was very impressed with the quality of their work. They completed the job in timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, because they did a very professional job.

I am impressed by the service and responsiveness of Lifetime Remodelers on the recent repairs made to one of my bedroom ceilings. They were very flexible in scheduling Appointment for getting an Estimate, as well as performing work that had to be done. I have to say this is rare to experience in Chicago from Contractors! Also everyone I dealt with at their Company was very nice and respectful to myself, my daughter and my wife. Keep treating people the way you treated my family. PS: My daughter also said the ceiling looks like it was never damaged!

This issue has been resolved between both parties.We completed the roof and it is fine. We were to do some drywall patching and we did but there must have been some moisture that was trapped in the ceiling that went through the patch. So...

we mutually agreed to deduct $700 and no further work will be done. We submitted an invoice to them. Waiting for payment which will come from insurance company to them and then they will pay us.

Lifetime Remodelers repaired an inside stairway and plastered and painted the hallways for my property in Bellwood. The meeting to look at and estimate cost was set up and done in a timely manner. The work was completed within the time requested and the work was excellent. I met the rep at the property to approve prior to paying for the work. I would recommend Lifetime as this was the second time I have used them and all work was completed as requested both times.

I was looking to remodel my kitchen at my new house and didn't know where to start. A friend from work recommended Lifetime Remodelers and I called for an appointment. Mark was at my house that weekend with great ideas and all at a great price. Chris (one of there contractors) was working on my kitchen within the next month. Completely gutted my kitchen, installed new floors, new cabinets and countertops, and added a beautiful backsplash. My kitchen looked completely new and beautiful. Thank you!

Met with Nark Feb 10 2016 to sign contract to remodel 1 bathroom and 1 Kitchen . They have not sent the workers to my home more than 2 days Ina row since they started. Mark said this job would take 4 weeks to complete and to my big diapointment they are still not done. This is very frustrating and I just want to be able to use my kitchen and bath as I thought I would be able to by now. If you choose to hire them make sure you get a time when the job will be completed in writing. This is one small project that has taken a LIFETIME it seems to finish .

Fantastic work. They built exactly what I was imagining. Their workers are very thorough and meticulous. I appreciated how they purposefully did a final walk through with me to insure that I was completely satisfied with the work. They are flexible with payment options too.
