In response to a complaint submitted on 2/5/17, please except my apologies for not replying immediately.Due to unforeseen circumstances, our serviceman suddenly took ill and we were without for a short peritimeIt is always our intent to provide our customer with only the best service Unfortunately, another company completed the service and the customer should have not been charged for the part because their system was under warrantyWe would like to do the right thing by our customer, by electing to pay for the partPlease provide me with a detailed invoice.Additionally, the customer indicated they paid $for their [redacted] Water System when they did notSee attached original invoice.On March 13, at 2:00pm, we called to attempt a service and Mr [redacted] stated ''everything is running fineIf you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the office at [redacted] Sincerely, MrSteve F*President & CEO Lifetime Stainless Steel & Quality Water

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This is in response to the reply by Quality Water Funny that the amount we had to pay back differs from the invoice that Steve had provided to youWe did have another company come out and service the machine who by far provided much better customer service than Quality Water We were not charged for any parts or service call through the other company and will be having the other company handle anything needed with our system in the futureWe wish to have no further contact with Quality Water or the lies this company tells .
