I did return a call to the guestDocumentation from the Michigan City Police Department as well as front desk staff is available
that no noise was found with both the police and the front desk went to check out the problemThe guest complained of her tv not working but refused to let any employee in the room to fix the problem as well as refused to move to a different roomCan't fix a problem if we can't enter a roomHotel was not at fault at any of these issues but did even go as far as offering the guest a discount coupon for any wyndham hotel stay
