Review: On October 28, 2014 Lift Heavy Athletics([redacted]) posted the following on their website:"Get Fit November!!!October 28, 2014Send us your BEFORE Photo before the end of 1st of November and on November 30th submit your AFTER photos. This is based on the honor system so done be a douche!We will go through the photos we get and pick our top 5, we will then post the top 5 photos at that point you the people will choose who the winners will be via your likes!!!1st Place will get $250 Cash and $100 worth or Products from Lift Heavy Athletics and a box of goodies from Chest-Day2nd Place will get $100 Cash a free item from Lift Heavy Athletics and a smaller box of goodies from Chest-Day3rd Place will get $50 Cash a free item from Lift Heavy Athletics and a Small box of goodies from Chest-Day"I submitted my Before picture by the deadline, completed the 30 days and submitted an After picture. I was contacted via e-mail on 12/4/14 by Lift heavy Athletics. They informed me that I had won the contest. On 12/8/14, I had not heard back from the company so I e-mailed them a reminder. They responded with an e-mail asking for personal information including mailing address and clothing size. I complied and immediately e-mailed back the information. I did not receive a response until I wrote another e-mail on 1/6/15 and on 1/8/15 asking for a response and the promised prizes. On 1/12/15 I finally received a response from a person named Steven from customer service stating that I was supposed to receive a package, but will send another one ASAP with a tracking number. That was the last contact they made.I never received a tracking number nor a response so I e-mailed them on 1/31/15 reminding them that I am owed the prizes. I still never heard back so I sent one last email on 2/7/15 giving them a deadline of 2/13/15 for me to receive my prizes or I will be reporting them to the Revdex.com and Consumer Affairs. The deadline passed and they did not respond. I am owed $25/$100 in voucher/Misc.Desired Settlement: As per the company, I was declared the winner. The 1st place winner is to receive $250 Cash and $100 worth of products from Lift Heavy Athletics and a box of goodies from Chest-Day. I would like to receive this prize that I was promised.
