LIFT Network

Review: Started working with LIFT in April 2014. Lots of issues with service and lack of communication. Resolved it as LIFT was going to not bill us for a few months to make up for the lack of service. They didn't bill us for one month, then returned to monthly billing. They have not delivered on many fronts. According to our Monthly Marketing Service Agreement, in addition to the three automated campaigns (birthday, miss you and thank you) and a monthly coaching call, we should have received five mobile keywords and one custom email per month (in addition to other things). None of this has happened for the 10+ months we've paid them, and the monthly calls happened only a few times with one coach and not at all since we received a new coach months ago.I've been trying to get a response about solving these issues and a refund for the lack of delivery on the promised services from my main contact there since December 13, with no response yet they continue to charge us monthly (most recent charge was $199.99 on 2/12).Desired Settlement: I've placed a block on my bank account from which they draw the funds and am seeking a refund of $799.
