I have purchased two sets of matress's and box springs from Lift & Stor beds. The deliveries were prompt and the quality of the bedding is terrific! The beds and cabinetry in the showroom are very high quality, and I know from experience that what you see in the store is the same quality as what is delivered to the customer. The hardware that I ordered from Lift &Sot Beds Inc was of superior quality. That in itself is great, but to buy it for such a reasonable cost is outstanding. My carpenter who built the bed for me is thinking about building lift beds as a retirement job and has asked me for the contact information from this company because the hardware was easy to install and worked so smoothly
I purchased a Lift & Stor bed from this company. Ordering was clear, easy and the shipment arrived promptly. The product was surprisingly well made, but unfortunately, two of the bed-length boards were broken in shipment. Lift & Stor was extremely sorry and receptive for the damaged shipment and sent replacement boards within a reasonable time. They did request pictures of the broken boards, then advised I could discard the boards. Although the product is made from laminated particle board, the boards themselves are extremely thick and heavy duty. The design and functionality are exactly what I was looking for and I would definitely recommend this company and their product.
Richard did a wonderful creation in our extra bedroom. We wanted a pull down bed in that room but we needed a place for the computer and I wanted it to be a sewing and craft room. Believe it or not, Richard came up with a plan for all our needs. I have a pull down cutting table and a pull down sewing table. We have a long desk with file drawers and a queen size pull down bed. The word work is beautiful and our friends are amazed at all we have in that room. The only problem is we don't know what to call that room.

I purchased a DIY queen lift and store bed kit about two years ago. Everything in the kit was high quality and as a result the bed I made with the kit works wonderfully to this day. It opens and closes so easily, despite the fact that I have a heavy [redacted] mattress on it. My only criticism would be that I found the instructions for building the bed to be a bit problematic. I modified them to make the bed I wanted, which should not be a problem for anyone who wishes to build one of these beds. I love my lift and store and it never fails to get a major "Wow" from people who are seeing it for the first time. It looks beautiful, works perfectly, and has unbeatable storage. I was very glad to find this company and I plan on buying another kit to build a King size bed soon.
