Lift Wellness Center

Back in August of 2013, I went to the LIFT Wellness Center for a free HEALTHaware risk assessment. 5 months later, on January 14, 2014, they mailed me postcard saying that I needed to make an appointment to discuss my risks and how to prevent them. I called them and they did not call me back, after leaving a voicemail with my name and information. I even went by the establishment and told the receptionist to have someone call me back so we can schrdule an appointment and no one has yet to contact me. I do not wish to receive any kind of contact from the LIFT anymore, and I am upset at the way I was treated.Desired SettlementNone, just wanted to make the Revdex.com aware.Business Response It is [redacted] policy that individuals can take the [redacted] risk assessment one time per year. It is also [redacted] policy to contact individuals via phone to inform them of their ability to schedule an appointment with a Clinician if desired. If unable to contact via phone a postcard is sent for the individual to call [redacted] to schedule. Please contact [redacted] at XXX-XXXX if you have any questions regarding this procedure. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I have asked them to stop sending me postcards and to stop calling me because of the way I was treated by them. They still send me postcards and they still call me. I received a postcard at the end of January and in February. I would appreciate if they would stop. I do not want anything to do with the LIFT Wellness Center establishment. Thank you.Final Business Response Since receiving the notice from Revdex.com at the end of February, Heartaware has not sent anything to Mr. [redacted] via mail or postcard. We will continue to honor his request to be removed from our mailing list. I also contacted LIFT Wellness Center/fitness side as well and asked that he be removed from their mailing list as well since those are two different entitites.
