Bought a lift chair transformer and it went bad In less than three monthsCalled the company and they told me it was the power cord or motorHad a technician to come in and he replaced the transformer using same cords and motorTried several times after that leaving several voice mails and emails and they didn't respondFinally got a hold of customer service and they refused to replace the transformer stating that if the transformer were bad it would have failed after the first or second time of useI am now out of pocket for a useless transformerI will not do business with this company again and will not refer them to any other consumers

All electrical parts are sold brand new, direct from the manufacturer. If a furniture electrical part is defective, it will fail within the 1st  or 2nd use. This was not the case. As explained to the customer, the wear and use of the part is beyond our knowledge. The purchased part is most...

probably not defective and the problem lies elsewhere in the electrics of the chair. We always offer troubleshooting help and advice and also offer an online troubleshooting your electric parts guide. We do not offer warranties on any of our parts. We do this because this allows us to offer the least expensive parts online. Again, these parts are brand new, manufacturer direct, OEM parts. This purchase does not qualify for a refund. I called several times over several days and did not get in touch with anyone. I left several messages with my name and number with no call back. So for the company telling me anything about the remote is false and very bad business. I've also sent emails with no response.  I am not happy with the way this company does business. This remote control is for my mother's chair who needs this chair because of the arthritis in her back. If they did have any intent on helping the situation ...they should have called and let me know so I can seek a replacement elsewhere. At this point I just want a refund of $61.95.
