To whom it may concern, [redacted] has brought his computer in for virus problems multiple timesEach time he brings it in for repair it’s infected beyond the point of simple cleaning and the only resolution is to format the hard drive and reinstall Windows (aka factory reset)The most recent repair (work order [redacted] ) the computer was again wiped and reset back to factory defaultsThis process involves formatting the computers hard drive and reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows A few days after picking up his computer he called us upset because it was infected againMr [redacted] admitted to upgrading the computer to Windows but denies “installing any software or browsing any websites”We’ve spoken to [redacted] ’s mother (whom he lives with) and she understands that the problem continues to happen due to his online activitiesWhile we certainly understand [redacted] ’s frustration this problem will continue to reoccur if he does not recognize and take responsibility for his browsing habitsThank you, Sincerely Lawrence Glauberman Owner

repair (work order [redacted]) the computer was again wiped and reset back to factory defaults. This process involves formatting the computers hard drive and reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows 7. A few days after picking up his computer he called us upset because it was infected again. Mr [redacted] admitted to upgrading the computer to Windows 10 but denies “installing any software or browsing any websites”. We’ve spoken to [redacted]’s mother (whom he lives with) and she understands that the problem continues to happen due to his online activities. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The only problem is he has only formatted the computer 1 time the most  redcent, and I did not deny adding new software, he knew I did. It's just with all the virus's he leaves it prone to, there is no way too stop the online companies from installing they're own, when I install programs I want(they add programs, which is normal for a lot of online companies). Plus he said he was going to install the old memory from the previous hard drives(this was the latest lie he has told) and he never did. I again had to find away to fix problems this time I was able to  install a free version of malware bytes which worked. My problem again, is that he does not fix the computer he never installs any kind of protection. This latest time I had thousandsa of pop-ups which he knew about, and then only corrected after the computer was taken back in a second time. He is a swindler and a liar he charges too much money for work he doesn't know or seemingly even want to do.
