On or before September 7, I received a phone call from **asking if it would be ok if he mailed his Septrent in now and makehis $payment for the Bed Bug spray around the 15th of Sept.I said sureA few weeks later I received a phone call from a thirdparty asking about ** bed bug charges
She asked what we woulddo if ** did not make his $paymentI explained we wouldtake the $and credit $towards the BB charge and thebalance of $would be applied to his Oct rentWe wouldrepeat this again in Novand at that point he would be $50.00behind in his rentI went on to explain at that time we could givehim a 3-day notice to move to motivate him to pay the $50..00.As for the roaches in his apartment, he has never called for atreatmentWe would be happy to provide that at no charge.The apartment was sprayed for bed bugs, I tried to call ** toask if the bed bug problem is cleared upThe phone number Ifor him was no longer in service.** did call me to say he had pictures of people have sex and doingdrugs in our parking lotI asked him to please call the police anytime he witnesses this activityI was sympathetic but could offerno help because I am not on propertyIf I was on property I toowould call the police.My personal goal is to treat everyone who calls or meets me withrespectAfter reading this complaint I realize I need to work harderto achieve this goal.Sincerely,Liggett ApartmentsLisa W***
