Review: On January 29, I called Light Buln depot to inquire about low voltage under cabinet lights, I was told they were in stock.. I rented a car to drive to the store and pick up the lights on January 30. When I arrived they said they didn't have them and didn't know why someone would have told me that. I purchased more expensive lights since I was already there. I needed a 12V dimmer switch with the lights. They did not have it in stock and wrote a separate order for it. It was to be delivered in 3-4 days.On February 11, I still had not received the dimmer. I called to complain and they sent it out. My celectrical contractor has pulled off the job after waiting and waiting for the dimmer switch.The electrician was able to return this week March 25 to install. The dimmer switch was defective. (It would only strobe the ligths) The electrician furnished another dimmer and installed it.When I contacted Light Bulbs about returning the defective switch, they first said that I had to bring it to them to return. I asked if I could mail it. No was the response. They had to pick it up or I had to hand carry it. I am leaving NOLA for the summer tomorrow and asked if I could leave it with my partner (he is leaving NOLA in a few weeks) and was told no that I had to sign for it. Further they said it was not returnable after 30 days. If an item is defective, there should be no time limit.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for this defective sitch. I had to pay for another one that worked
