satisfies this case and what else we can do if not.*** *** a confirmed customer of ours for years, has been in contact with one of our support agents about other subjects, never once mentioning an unknown charge on her credit card In our records, we do not show a charge in full in the amount of $ This is not to say that multiple charges in one month could not have added up to that amount, but we have no way of knowing given the information she provided She has not answered our correspondence regarding this matter, as we reached out immediately once we received this complaint Customers are given full access to all invoices, since the creation of their account, directly on our site to be reviewed, downloaded and even disputed Invoices are presented in line item format, clearly stating what each charge is for and the amount Customers are also frequently reminded that some of their services are annually charged, and therefore some monthly statements may not always be the same dollar amount, as different services are paid at different times Again, any confusion can be directly remedied by reviewing the statement in question directly online, and furthermore the statement ID can be referenced in a support ticket to our customer service staff Customer support staff is not 24/7, but all inquiries are handled within business hours at the most per our SLA.As of this date, no charges have been disputed either directly from *** ***, nor indirectly via her credit card provider Given the details above and this last fact, we would be very appreciative to consider this matter closed Our profile with the Revdex.com has been small to none up to this point, and we believe that speaks for itself for a company that is almost years old.I would appreciate any response on this Again, if any further action is needed on our part, I will handle this case If need be, I can redraft our formal letter on proper letterhead and mail it in for further review Thank you

This customer has reported that they cannot reach our support team and are having issues with their service. The customer is currently seven months delinquent on their account and before any support requests received are answered, we ask that the customer satisfy that debt. Since the customer has...

been with us for quite a few years, we have kept their account open on good faith. We will be terminating that agreement, effective July 9th, if they do not satisfy their debt with us. We have provided every means possible to ensure this matter was resolved months ago, but the customer does not wish to comply with our requests. In regards to their request for a phone call from one of our managers, we have made it abundantly clear that telephone support is for emergencies and higher product tier clients.

Review: My website [redacted] is hosted with this company (over 10 years). I contacted on 11/16/2014 to close my account. They appear to be out of business. They will not respond to tickets. The phone number and emails are out of service. I can't get anyone to respond. I am due to be bill again in December. I followed procedure for closing account. Essentially this is the same complaint that was launched on 12/4 by another user.Desired Settlement: I would like my account closed and a letter or email indicating that the account is closed.

I want my website removed from their servers.

Review: I have had a photography website called [redacted] for over 10 years hosted with Light House Hosting of [redacted]. The content on my site is outdated and I want it taken down and my account closed as I have not used the site nor have I updated it for many years. I have not used the website, and have not accessed my server files because the server contact information that I have had for years no longer works. Each month lighthousehosting.com automatically takes $8.95 out of my bank account at [redacted] bank. I have no use for their services and I have been trying to cancel my account for over a week. The only responses I get are trouble tickets however they will not honor my request to cancel my account. When I try to call them the telephone number for contact is not working and I get a message stating that the number is no longer in service. There are other broken links on the site as well. One in particular is the customer account access link which states, "Welcome to our new online system. We are verifying your account and you will be able to see your existing account information in approximately 5 business days from 11/17/2014." This information is not actually available. There is no one to call as the telephone numbers are unusable, no one responds and I keep getting different trouble ticket numbers however there is no follow-up on their part to address the trouble tickets and they will not call me even though I have given them my phone number and address all of which they have had for over 10 years. I know they have it because each month they send me a PDF invoice document with the billing information saying they have taken $8.95 out of my account at [redacted]. I have called [redacted] and reported this problem 3 times this week alone and [redacted] has stated they have the issue on record now and as long as I have the emails that show I have been trying to cancel my account they will protect my account from future withdrawals from lighthouse hosting.com. And, if Light House attempts to access my bank account again [redacted] will take matters into their control and Light House will have a bigger problem on their hands. I would like to file a formal complaint about Lighthouse Hosting and ask for your assistance in closing my account with them. They have a procedure that they want customers to follow to change account information but I cannot get access to that information and when I request it they email me a new trouble ticket number which they will not follow-up on. When I contact them with a new email requesting any information including closing my account they send a new trouble ticket number again and again with no follow-up.. At this point I just want my account with lighthouse hosting closed, however I do not trust them and I feel they are creating a delay tactic so they can access my bank account next month and withdraw money from it. Even though [redacted] will help if this happens I do not feel that my information is protected and I do not trust them as they have displayed anything but horrible customer service. The worst I have ever experienced. I do believe that the company is actually a front and there are actually no people there anymore and that everything is automated. They only have a post office box. Additionally, their website has not been updated since 2008, their phone number is unusable and other contact links are broken. Can you help? Please contact me if you have any questions or need additional information.Desired Settlement: I would like my account closed effective immediately. I would like an acknowledgement of the account closure in writing or email.

Review: I have been a Lighthouse Hosting customer since 1990. Ive experience numerous times when I received no response to online service requests (tickets).There is no phone number for service on their website.Recently, due to lack of response, I incurred unanticipated expense ($63.98) in order to renew my website due to a service request that was never answered by administered by Lighthouse Hosting.NOT ONLY DID I INCUR THIS EXPENSE, BUT ALSO BOTH MY WEBSITE AND EMAIL ARE CURRENTLY NOT WORKING. I HAVE SUBMITTED NUMEROUS REQUESTS FOR HELP SINCE FEBRUARY 8, 2015 WITH NO RESPONSE.Desired Settlement: $63.98 PAID TO ME FOR UNANTICIPATED EXPENSE DUE TO THEIR LACK OF RESPONSE.
