Review: I hired two character's [redacted] and [redacted] to attend my twins 1st birthday party. The location was [redacted]. I wanted the characters to come during the time the guests were eating. Dancing, games and picture opportunities are offered. As well as requests. I specifically said no games. I wanted picture opportunities. That was provided. I wanted [redacted] and [redacted] to sing & dance. I was told they had no music. [redacted] said they were told to play games. Both characters stood in the room waving and at times shaking hands. [redacted] was holding a ball. The experience was awkward. I had already paid [redacted] prior to their greeting my guests. [redacted] and I spoke of the issues. She apologized. I told her I would be contacting the company. Which I did and got no where.Desired Settlement: $55The contract was not fulfilled. No dancing! Failed to inform me that I needed to provide music for them to dance. Unable to fulfill requests.
