certain vaporizer. he returned with his girlfriend and first thing he said was to show him how it worked at the same time his girlfriend asked if they can exchange it for something else after it has been used. our strict policy of no returns or exchanges doesn't allow us to return used products. then the customer who bought the vaporizer asked me to show him how to use it which I did and showed him how to work the device. then his girlfriend replied saying its fake when she basically realized she wasn't gonna get the device she really wanted and also said it doesn't work when I just clearly showed them how to use it and that it actually worked. making up reasons just for me to make her happy with the device she preferred over what her boyfriend wanted to buy. then after he and his girlfriend left they had returned with her mother while I had customers in the store. I took care of one customer then they were next up in line. the mother right off the bat was talking aggressively and tough. I replied saying ok seen youre here to talk about the device and a possible return do you mind if I take care of the rest of the customers in the store before I assist you since I am working alone. why I insisted to take care of other customers first was because I can tell she was going to raise her voice and yell and curse based off of her tone of voice and the way she approached the situation. thats when she started yelling and cursing and definitely was exactly what I knew would happen and tried to prevent from happening which scared customers and caused them to leave.
