frustration with me and would like to resolve it. My son did help shoot the wedding but has no editing experience. Please let me know if this is a solution they are comfortable with.

If possible, based on how the Revdex.com maintains and handles filed complaints, we would like to keep this complaint open until we have received our photos from Melissa. We would like for her to send us on DVD/CD the photos she has finished editing right away and mail them to us and we need to know that she will fulfill her contract and mail us a complete edited DVD/CD of photos to us. If this is within Revdex.com guidelines to keep the complaint open until we receive our product, that would be ideal. If not, and if we do not have all of our photos by the end of March, or a communication by the end of March from Melissa stating that the photos have been mailed, we will either have to open a new complaint, or pursue legal action in claims court.
