Review: At the 1st visit I paid full amount $330($165 per consult) on Fev/11/2015 Plan discount is $195 Total after [redacted] care charges deductible was applied and I just own to provider $135I contact them innumerous times, also contacted [redacted] care, but the say that [redacted] is responsible to reimburse me for the difference $330 paid to $135 owned so $195Desired Settlement: get reimburse me for the difference $330 paid to $135 owned so $195, and possibly the time I spend trying to collect my money back for over 6 months, I even sent [redacted] a letter 9/22 with the claim summary and all the explanation and I have not received any reply
