Dear Representative Revdex.comI am writing to in reference to the above Matter.Yes, [redacted] did in fact buy the [redacted] Sectional from Light Parker Furniture and nine months later call about the cushionShe asked if we would replace the cushions on the sectional we were nice enough to change the cores for herThen a few weeks later we get another call that she was not happy with the right arm facing cornerShe told us that this is their favorite seat in the house and the kids and her husband always sat thereThe [redacted] Representative [redacted] and I made a date to go out to inspect the sectionalWhen we got to the house we found that there was really nothing wrong with the sectionalMrs [redacted] sounded to us like” BUYERS REMORSE.” and said I wish I never bought this sectional “it’s too deep”.So when I heard this, that’s when I told her, I could firm up the bottom so it would feel a lot better for her, she said NOAll the while I was trying to help and satisfy the customerI said, I have done this to other sofas and the customers loved itThe answer was still noMrs [redacted] said she would talk it over with her husband and get back to meI did not here from them for a few monthsThen I got a call from the Representative [redacted] that Mrs [redacted] has contacted the Manufacturer and wanted the piece sectional returned and a refundHere are the email that states, that we said that we would replace the one that Mrs [redacted] said had a problemThat when she said the other pieces are all going bad nowPlease read the emailsRegards, Stephen V [redacted]
