Dear Representative Revdex.comI am writing to in reference to the above Matter.Yes, [redacted] did in fact buy the [redacted] Sectional from Light Parker Furniture and nine months later call about the cushion. She asked if we would replace the cushions on the sectional we were...

nice enough to change the cores for her. Then a few weeks later we get another call that she was not happy with the right arm facing corner. She told us that this is their favorite seat in the house and the kids and her husband always sat there. The [redacted] Representative [redacted] and I made a date to go out to inspect the sectional. When we got to the house we found that there was really nothing wrong with the sectional. Mrs. [redacted] sounded to us like” BUYERS REMORSE.” and said I wish I never bought this sectional “it’s too deep”.So when I heard this, that’s when I told her, I could firm up the bottom so it would feel a lot better for her, she said NO. All the while I was trying to help and satisfy the customer. I said, I have done this to other sofas and the customers loved it. The answer was still no. Mrs. [redacted] said she would talk it over with her husband and get back to me. I did not here from them for a few months. Then I got a call from the Representative [redacted] that Mrs. [redacted] has contacted the Manufacturer and wanted the 5 piece sectional returned and a refund. Here are the email that states, that we said that we would replace the one that Mrs. [redacted] said had a problem. That when she said the other pieces are all going bad now.

Review: Last year I purchased a very expensive sofa from Light-Parker. The sofa was delivered in September, four months after purchase. In the course of delivering my new sofa and removing my old one the movers broke a lantern that I bought in Turkey and that can not be replaced. They also damaged the paint in three places on two walls. I had just recently had my home painted. I sent the lantern to the owner, Steve, who promised to have it repaired for me. The painter who did the work in my house sent the owner an estimate of what it would cost to repair the damage to my walls. It is now July and I have received no money and I still do not have my lantern. I have called and spoken to Steve at least ten times. All I hear are excuses and lies.Desired Settlement: I wish to have my lantern repaired and returned to me or have my lantern returned and the amount needed to repair it forwarded to me. I also request the money stated by the painter necessary for repairs to be paid to me.
