I am sorry you feel that way.If you have paid for your ad, we will happily refund your money.If the churches refuse the books, or send us a letter stating they do not want our publications, we remove them from the list of receiving them.There is never a charge for our publications, they go out FREEIf there is anything else we can do, please let us know

I am rejecting this response because:This is not a matter of "confusion" as stated by the businessThe business was applying pressure to obtain advertising monies by stating that our church already receives the publication and reportedly that the "pastor approved this"Additionally the company noted that Light Publications was charging for an ad that [light publishing] created without authorization using graphics and information from the company website.The complaint is in regards to an unethic and deceitful practice The response has not sufficiently addressed the unethical and practice of deceit to obtain advertising monies from our local business

I am sorry that there was a misunderstanding, the books DO go free to the churches,if the churches let us know that they would not like to receive them, we immediately take them off our mailing list.  In part they would not then be included in the list of churches that we distribute...

to. By no way shape or form do we want to come across as misleading, so hopefully that answer clears things up.Any church that does not wish to receive our publications free of charge will not be sent any and not included in our list of churches that the booklets are sent to.  I believe the sales associate would of already spoken with the business itself to clear this up. Again, I am sorry for the confusion
