Review: Ordered an item from their website on 02/28/2014 and I've called 16 times to get an update on my order. All calls went to an answering machine so I left messages asking them to please call me. Unfortunately, they still haven't called me back AND they charged my credit card at the time of purchase. I don't know if the company is in business anymore or simply have poor customer service, however, I'm entitled as a customer to know what is going on or if I just got ripped off.Desired Settlement: To be punished in a way to keep this from happening to others. Companies like this only hurt America. It goes against all of its values and to what all of our soldiers have fought for. I work hard for my money and I expect others to value where it has come from. Not just from me but from everyone. We need to bring honesty and integrity back to this country. And what better way to do it is by simply eliminating that one's that cause it.

Review: I submitted an order (# [redacted]) through Lightspeed on June 10 2014 for a set of pinch clamps, and a skid plate for my Kawasaki KX250F, the order was only partially shipped and I received the skid plate but did not receive the pinch clamps. I have tried multiple times, probably around 10-15, to e-mail and call this company leaving numerous messages and emails and have not received a response to my order. Asking for a refund or a status update and nothing has been done concerning this situation.Desired Settlement: Refund in full for the purchase of the pinch clamps so that I may purchase another set from a different, more reliable company.
