I had gone to the place of business to purchase a special: $for year of unlimited laser hair removal sessions for body regions I had spent some time researching on line and also called with further questions I was comfortable with my decision up until the transaction I paid by *** card and only received purchase receipt in return, which didn't even have my name on it I asked for sales receipt containing my contact infoand record of the special I had purchased I was told they don't do that So they took no history My payment was not tied to anyone or anything In addition there was no info provided on specifics of my special I asked the expiry date and was told year from activation *** *** *** *** ***

The staff and managers are disrespectful and the quality of service is extremely questionableNot only was I told repeatedly by a new technician after having treatments that my previous treatments were completed by an unqualified technician, but I had more irritation from her new treatment then every before following a routine laser hair removal treatmentIn addition I was then scheduled for what I thought was my final appointment, only to come in and find the new technician booked me for a facial consultation of which I had never requested
Upon my call to complain, during which voices were never raised, the establishment refused to compensate meWhen they finally agreed to provide a refund of which was a mere $for the remainder appointment, upon my arrival the receptionist decided to rip the cheque in front of my face because I refused to sign away my right to write a review online
