I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

[redacted]  The sneakers were not worn; my granddaughter put them on Christmas day went outside and one side of the sneaker did not light up. She push the button and the wire fell off of the square piece located in the pouch of the sneaker.  I returned them the next day; to the stand and was told to return them to the main headquarters which turn out to be a warehouse. I brought two pair of sneakers spending over $100.00 dollars and was told if I had any problem just bring them back. The warranty that is given to the customer states its a lifetime warranty. Also the receipts that are given to the customers are sent to their e-mail not given at the point of sale. I was never told about a $25.00 addidition fee for a return. Where is the customer service in this business; every business has return policy why should the customer have to pay any amount to return a product that is less than a week old. I would like a new pair of sneakers that work.Thank you.[redacted].......
