Review: I ordered light bulbs through this company. The light bulbs were of bad quality. I called customer service. He offered to return the items and half the restock fee if I ordered different bulbs. I agreed. He said to send him an email with the purchase information and he would respond immediately with the address to send the bulbs back to. The company never sent me any return information and refuse to return any phone calls. I have placed over twelve phone calls over the past month with no response. I have three boxes of bad quality light bulbs.Desired Settlement: I would like return the light bulbs and have my credit card credited as promised.
