Review: On July [redacted] I placed an order with Bugstores.com. I received a confirmation email saying order received and would receive another email when shipped. That is the last I have heard out of them. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling several times. No answers to calls and no replies to emails. I told them in my last email I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, and no reply. So, I'm filing one. They took the money out of my account on July [redacted]. To me that is stealing, which is against the law. Should have checked with the Revdex.com before I purchased. Apparently I am not the only one They have ripped off.Desired Settlement: I would like the items I ordered. I ordered them for a reason. Of that is not possible then I want my money back.

Review: I placed and order online at bugstores.com for lighters on Nov **, 2015. I received a transaction receipt (order #[redacted]) and the money was taken out of my checking account. I have attempted to contact the vendor by email and telephone and have received no response. Total order was $31.00.

The website states that orders ship within 10 days and I still have not received shipping notification.Desired Settlement: I want delivery or reimbursement before 12/**/15. These were supposed to be holiday gifts.

Review: I ordered from this company weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. It is obviously a scam and they have no intention of fulfilling my order. I have requested a full refund, but no one will contact me back by phone or email and I have tried and tried to reach someone.Desired Settlement: I either want the product I ordered or a full refund of my money.

Torch Lighter - Color Choice: Random $28.00 (Quantity: 4 x $7.00)).

It has been a month now since I ordered these lighters on 1-**-**16.

The funds have already been taken from my account at my financial institution on

1-**-**16 for the amount of $33.00.

On 2-*-2016, I have previously asked for a status via email to [redacted]

concerning this order, and have not received any answer or status to date. I have attempted 12 or more times via phone, and only get an answering machine. I have notified my financial institution of this problem already.

Review: I ordered a lighter from BugStores about 2 weeks ago. It has not came so I emailed the company. They responded telling me stamps.com would help me which they did not. I emailed them again saying that there was still no package and I still have no tracking number. I called them numerous times and left them messages and no one has answered or returned my calls. I emailed a 4th time and no one has responded. I want my package and money back.Desired Settlement: I want my package and my money back for the trouble.

Review: I purchased a product that is advertised specifically to adjust the flame on a butane lighter. It is too large to fit any butane lighter. I've called twice and left messages and emailed twice and have not heard back from them.Desired Settlement: Either they send a product that does, in fact, adjust the flame of a butane lighter or refund my money.

Review: I ordered a Cigar Cutter and Lighter Combo from this store on August **, 2013. I then received an email from bugstores that within the next couple of days I would receive another email stating that my order had shipped. It also said that the order would arrive between 3-10 business days. The total cost of the cigar cutter/lighter was $24.99, and this money was removed from my bank account on August **, 2013. By August [redacted] I became worried because I never received an email stating that my order had shipped. Since then, I have tried calling the store multiple times, nobody has ever picked up the phone. I left a message providing my information and problem, and nobody has ever returned this message. On Monday August [redacted] I emailed bugstores again and explained the issue, and that I would file a complaint if nobody responded. Nobody has responded to my email.Desired Settlement: Since bugstores has breached our contract by not delivering my cigar cutter/lighter and has provided me less than adequate customer service, I would like my money refunded.

I'm very upset over this situation. I ordered two lighters from Bugstores and never received them. It's been two months. I've called numerous times, but they never answer the phone or respond to messages. Don't waist your time or money with this company. You will be disappointed!!!

Review: I have a problem with an item I purchased. It is a lighter that uses a flint for lighting. I am having problems replacing the flint. I have called the company twice, but have received no response. I can only estimate the dates on which I called the company; my first call was early in April, maybe on the [redacted], and the second call was about a 1.5 weeks later, on about April **. Today, I sent the company an email requesting that they contact me about the problem.IDesired Settlement: Given this company's record shown by Revdex.com and other raters, I want to get a full refund of the purchase price for the lighter and the flints that I purchased for it. I paid for the shipping of the items, so the seller should pay for the return shipping.

Review: I purchased a lighter from this company that would only light two times. I contacted them numerous times via email and phone. I received a phone call from a guy telling me that I just needed to find the sweet spot on the flame adjustment. I tried this for a great deal of time and could of actually started a fire with two sticks before I could with this lighter. I contacted them numerous times after this call and have not heard from them. I have never dealt with a business with such poor commitment to customer service in my life. These people are stealing, by selling cheap defective lighters that they wont stand behind.Desired Settlement: I wanted an exchange initially because I bought this lighter as a gift, but after seeing the customer service this company provides first hand I want a refund in full including shipping charges. I will buy another lighter from a reputable business like [redacted] that takes care of customer complaints quickly.
