[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It has taken one and a half months waiting for a refund for a product that is supposedly no longer stocked on their inventory shelves If this companywere into 'banking', they would be accumulating interest on my refund amount for all this time even though minuscule, in comparison to bulk purchases This is absolutely unacceptablebusiness practice ethics! If I were to visit their website today this so-called [redacted] bulb would still be listed in the inventory and nothing has really changed In that they would lure in other unsuspecting customers visiting their site, make a purchase and be also notified that 'their' transaction has been updated a day or so later due to one reason or another and a refund will be reimbursed in a timely manner of which has not happened in my back-to-back transactions not being aware of the inventory snafu.There should be laws governing advertisement on the internet, insofar as products that are obsolete or discontinued but still carried on the roster of current inventory listings Regards, [redacted] **

We are rejecting this response, since we already issued a customer a full refund for the order as per our previous responseThe product is now on our website because it's actually back in stockThere was no advertisement, the product was simply on backorder and website was updated to reflect that change.SUMMARY: The customer was given a FULL REFUND, so there is no issue of discussing anything at this point.Regards

I am rejecting this response because:
I have no receipt or knowledge of any refund being offered , and as such have no idea it was offered or have proof of such offer from seller/retailer. I also do not have receipt of a refund or any bank statements stating as such as wellNo refund has been received and package remains intact as we had to have a friend pick up due to the extremely late shipment that was opposite of what was paid forWe still are not in area and do not plan on being for several months as we are in a different country at this time , again which was why we paid for the expedited shipping that we did not receivePoor business ethics are clearly visible and they should be exposed for the fraud they commit

Hi I wish to close this complaint as they have now...

delivered the item.

On November 3rd I made a purchase online through www.lightexports.com for 6 @ #892 Halogen Light bulbs order # 65499. I received an email stating they were offering free shipping as well. I chose "Expedited Shipping" as it ships same day. On Nov 5th I received an email stating that my order has shipped and was given tracking #LZ**SSN**US but was not given a carrier as to whom the order was shipped with. I corresponded with the company and got replies back to each question. ME "Hi there, I have a tracking number but not sure who my order has been shipped with. Could you provide me with this information? " THEM "892 #892 Automotive Halogen Car Bulb Lamp 12V 16W – 6pcs Did you buy this?" ME "Yes. That's my order. Just checking to see which carrier it has been shipped with. I have a tracking number.
Thanks for getting back to me!!" THEM "Shipping out ASAP". I have sent them follow up emails requesting a carrier so I can actually track the item and no response or they will respond and dance around my question. I have finally advised them that I would be cancelling the order through my credit card company if I do not hear from them within the next 2 days.
