When I got picked up for child care services I asked if they accepted it and was informed that they do but I was never made aware by anyone with the day care facility that I had to pay the remaining balance if I was made awarethat t I would still owe the remaining balance I would have found another daycare facility to send my children toSomething should have been on paper with me to sign saying I would be responsible for that remaining balance Nothing was ever told to me regarding that and I was never informed or made aware of this policy.

Lighthouse Academy Inc 19400 Hwy 62 S Orange, TX 77630 409-738-3696 March 22, 2018 Operation number: [redacted]   Revdex.com, [redacted] enrolled her son into my Childcare Center Once Upon A Time in January of 2017. When she enrolled him she was enrolled in Lamar College and she did qualify to get a portion of her childcare payed for ($50 a week). We agreed to except the Lamar payments and it was her responsibility to pay the remainder of her balance each week In the amount of $65 dollars. [redacted] did do this. In February of 2017 I allowed her to enroll 2 more of her children into my childcare center Once Upon A Time for absolutely free. Her Two other children came for free until May of 2017. In May of 2017 [redacted] qualified for the Childcare Group Program where they pay a portion of your childcare. We do accept the Childcare Group Program but we require the portion of the Tuition that is not covered by the Childcare Group to be payed by the person that enrolls the child/children. This is my policy. It has always been my policy. I do have a statement from a Childcare Group representative and also other parents enrolled in both of my centers Once Upon a Time and Lighthouse Academy Inc. These statements are attached. I always make it clear that they are responsible for the difference the Childcare Group does not pay. They are informed that they owe the tuition that is left over. [redacted] qualified for the Lamar and the Childcare group at the same time so from the time she qualified for the Childcare Group services she never had to pay another penny out of her pocket. [redacted] decided to drop out of school in the Spring Semester of January of 2018. She did not inform me of this until the end of February that I would not get the payment from Lamar this semester. At that time I told her she would owe the balance that she owed to cover her tuition for the months of January and February that the Childcare Group did not cover. At this time she does still have a balance. The financial statement is attached. I did change the name and location of my childcare Center in August of 2017 to Lighthouse Academy Inc. from Once Upon A Time but my policies have never changed. I do apologize when I submitted this complaint it was done over my phone the years were auto corrected by my phone and I did not catch it until now when I was checking for updates on the case  My child started attending Light House Academy in January of 2017 not January of 2016. I was approved...

for child care services mid May of 2017 not Mid May 2016 I need these dates updated and once again I do apologize for the incorrect info I just want to submit the accurate information so it can be corrected and the case resolved in a timely manner. Thank you
