Lighthouse Academy Inc Hwy S Orange, TX 409-738-March 22, Operation number: [redacted] Revdex.com, [redacted] enrolled her son into my Childcare Center Once Upon A Time in January of When she enrolled him she was enrolled in Lamar College and she did qualify to get a portion of her childcare payed for ($a week)We agreed to except the Lamar payments and it was her responsibility to pay the remainder of her balance each week In the amount of $dollars [redacted] did do thisIn February of I allowed her to enroll more of her children into my childcare center Once Upon A Time for absolutely freeHer Two other children came for free until May of In May of [redacted] qualified for the Childcare Group Program where they pay a portion of your childcareWe do accept the Childcare Group Program but we require the portion of the Tuition that is not covered by the Childcare Group to be payed by the person that enrolls the child/childrenThis is my policyIt has always been my policyI do have a statement from a Childcare Group representative and also other parents enrolled in both of my centers Once Upon a Time and Lighthouse Academy IncThese statements are attachedI always make it clear that they are responsible for the difference the Childcare Group does not payThey are informed that they owe the tuition that is left over [redacted] qualified for the Lamar and the Childcare group at the same time so from the time she qualified for the Childcare Group services she never had to pay another penny out of her pocket [redacted] decided to drop out of school in the Spring Semester of January of She did not inform me of this until the end of February that I would not get the payment from Lamar this semesterAt that time I told her she would owe the balance that she owed to cover her tuition for the months of January and February that the Childcare Group did not coverAt this time she does still have a balanceThe financial statement is attachedI did change the name and location of my childcare Center in August of to Lighthouse Academy Incfrom Once Upon A Time but my policies have never changedThere is a copy of my operational policy attachedIf you have any other questions about this matter I will be happy to answer themThank you, [redacted]

I do apologize when I submitted this complaint it was done over my phone the years were auto corrected by my phone and I did not catch it until now when I was checking for updates on the case My child started attending Light House Academy in January of not January of I was approved for child care services mid May of not Mid May I need these dates updated and once again I do apologize for the incorrect info I just want to submit the accurate information so it can be corrected and the case resolved in a timely mannerThank you
