Lighthouse at Twinlakes Apartment homes

I moved into these apartments July of 2017. As early as December 2017, I reported having an issue with a leak happening underneath the sink. A week later maintenance came to repair. The issue seemed resolved. February 2018 I had to call to report leakage again coming from under the sink and the washer. Again maintenance came, snaked the drain. Checked the washer, told me it was fixed, issue seemed resolved. March 2018 issue happens again. Maintenance tries a different approach, doesn't work at all, had to call again the next day for the same issue. Maintenance attempted to fix again using the same snaking the drain pipe technique that had previously not been the best solution. I requested to speak with the property manager, and initially the office employees told me she wasn't available and to try back at different times, but the property manager seemed impossible to reach. When I finally got in touch with her to discuss a better solution to the issue, she told me I would have to speak with maintenance to find out if there was a permanent solution, and whenever I'd speak to maintenance they never gave a definitive reply. I have reported this issue at least once a month, and they continually attempt the same temporary fix knowing it will not resolve the issue. June 2018, I have had to call them twice in just 8 days for the same issue. When I reported this issue to the corporate office, the property manager contacted me to say they would have someone camsnake the drain to see if the pipe is broken, and that she would keep me up to date with the actions being taken. They did come to camsnake, and told me the pipe is broken, and a week went by without me getting notice of when, or if they were gonna repair the issue, that then, happened again.
