Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: none of this makes up for many days of lost wagesWe will not settle for anything less than a year extended warranty and credit towards service OR if the dealership would like to buy our vehicle back for what is owed, we would be more than happy to do that and take our business and money elsewhere Regards, [redacted]

we are in complete agreement that a brand new vehicle should not have any issuesunfortunately, sometimes they do, and when they do, we do our best to repair themThe service manager asked Toyota to extend a warranty, and they declinedwhen the radio gets in we will repair it, and the customer will not have to drive hereWe will provide a loaner car, even though this dealership does not have a loaner fleet or loaner policyHerrin Gear Toyota is doing their best to reconcile this issue as rapidly as possible

we want nothing but satisfied customers here at Herrin GearIn the spirit of that, we sent a second request to Toyota (who warranties the vehicles, we the dealership do not) asking for an extended warrantyToyota has again declined to give oneWe at the dealership, will still pick up, provide a loaner car, and deliver the repaired vehicle to the customers at no cost when the parts are availableAlso We will offer one of options to the customer for the hassleWe will split the cost of a 3year 50k mile comprehensive "warranty" with a dollar deductibleCost is $We will pay $towards itOr we will offer free oil changes after your toyotacare expiresPlease understand that our hands are tied by the manufacturer who warranties these vehicles, we just sell them and try to provide excellent service.thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: "repairing" a vehicle five plus times when it was bought brand new is unacceptable"Repairing" issues that should of never arisen in the first place does not make up for hundred of dollars in lost wages due to the dealerships lack of communication, lack of ordering correct parts, lack of customer service in general, and lack of respect for customer's moneyWe will settle for nothing less than an extended three year warranty and credit towards future services Regards, [redacted]
