Review: I bought an outdoor lighting system in January 2010 that activates and deactivates by daylight sensors. From the beginning one of the three lights was malfunctioning. The owner, [redacted] came out to fix it but it malfunctioned just a few days after. He showed up once again and again it malfunctioned shortly thereafter. This is all within a two to three weeks timeframe. He sent an employer the third time, who couldnt fix the problem and promised to be back with a replacement lamp, and from that point on [redacted] has not returned our messages or phone calls. Its been four years in January 2014 I have been trying to get this guy to fix this permanently.Desired Settlement: Refund a half of the cost, or full replacement.
