I began using New Beginnings about a year agoI was "guaranteed" that if I followed their steps, I would raise my credit score the required points within daysOne year and [redacted] later, my credit is exactly where it was last yearIf found it nearly impossible to get anyone to provide me with any informationThe representatives there are rude and presumptuousMost importantly, they are HIGHLY ineffective I was told that they would work to remove bad debt from my credit report (disputing, etc.) and that they would counsel me on which debts to pay vssettle vsdisputeSo far, they have told me to pay off the lowest balances first (which I did) and keep my credit card balances low (which I've done)They have not disputed a single negative item on my reportThey have no offered any counselling as to which debts are negatively affecting my credit This is a bad, highly ineffective company
