Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Contrary to Lighthouse Investigations's assertions, [redacted] did, in fact, fly back and forth from Texas to California, so it is not true that their investigation didn't bear out my assertions They just couldn't do their job competently to follow her to the airport In addition, the reports they added to Dropbox were never provided to me, nor were any of the pictures The first time I ever saw a report was in response to my mother's dispute with her credit card company over the charges Please refer back to my letter to the Revdex.com that clearly disputes their assertions [redacted] denied my mother's claim because they said that the services were rendered and they could not get involved with the merits of these services The claim was not settled on the basis of the adequacy of their services I hired them to provide proof that [redacted] *** was flying to and from Texas and California - this was time sensitive since I had a court hearing on October 10, to consider her motion to move jurisdiction to Texas After that, their services were useless Before that date, they had two additional times to follow [redacted] again; however, [redacted] never even responded to my texts about this They only sent me one partial accounting for their services As of [redacted] last email, she gave me five hours credit, which she did not honor, in addition to the approximate four hours I still had left That's a total of nine hours of time that is now useless to me I should at least get a refund for the unused hours since [redacted] did not continue to provide services after I asked her to follow *** and now their services are moot I have additional attachments Regards, [redacted]

DearI was made aware of the Revdex.com complaint on Friday.  This is quite distressing as the client, [redacted] has accused our company of several serious actions, none of which we have taken lightly nor are substantiated in any manner.The nature of our business is to gather information and...

investigate allegations our clients make against the subject of the investigations.  Our clients purchase time blocks, generally beginning with 15 hours for a cost of $1,500.00 plus tax resulting in a charge of 1623.75.  During the investigation we consult with our clients to gather additional information to assist in the investigation.  We share our intended plan of action, discuss the times this investigation will take place and get additional approval of the plan of action along the way, especially if the investigation is not yielding the information or results expected.  This was the case with this investigation.  The client believed certain things about the subject that were not able to be proven.  The behaviors claimed by the client about the subject were not what the subject displayed.  The client was not charged for many hours of phone consultations as well as additional investigators assisting the primary investigators in an attempt to give the best possible information gathering and most thorough investigation.As a result, the client voiced his dissatisfaction even though he was kept abreast of the investigation as it was ongoing.  The client has since set out on a slanderous smear campaign to include attempting a credit card dispute with Square (that resulted in a decision in our favor) and enlisting the aid of an account from out of state to write a slanderous negative review on our online Yelp presence.  This complaint to the Revdex.com is another attempt at damaging our business and I hope you will take the time to review the official case file that reflects the 15+ hours of investigative services rendered, the multitude of text messages exchanged between the client and the case manager/ owner [redacted], the screenshots of the poor reviews used in this smear campaign as well as the screenshot of the dispute resolution from Square. Because the file is so large, I have created a dropbox share and this is the link, for your convenience.[redacted]
