In response to your letter, I would like to thank you for the chance to hear my side of the story. On June 4th I went to the customers home to give an estimate to simply assemble a pool. Customer stated that she needed a 24ft pool assembled. At the time she had an existing pool partially filled, she...

stated that she would have existing pool drained and removed before the new pool was assembled. upon arrival to assemble the new pool, the existing pool was not taken down or drained. At no charge I offered to take down and drain the pool. I noticed ground work needed to be done which was not part of the contract. I gave a price to simply assemble the pool. She asked me to do the best I could at no extra charge, based on her budget. I did the ground work at No extra charge. I told her I would not be responsible for sight work or debre found under the pool. I found glass bricks and metal edging , which I showed her. I had to remove all the debre out of the site. It took a day and half to finish and I hired a helper. It cost me 400 dollars for the helper. I told her she did need new sand. I purchased new sand at No charge and installed it. Upon start of assembling the pool, the pool was in boxes that have been left out in the elements for 4 months. Purchase date of March, the boxes stated " Do not lay on side" which they were. Upon opening the boxes , I noticed rodents had entered boxes and built nests. I pointed them out to customer and told her, I would not be responsible for liner. While assembling pool, the tracks were bent due to box laying on its side. once the pool was 3/4 assembled and the liner was about to be installed, I noticed that parts were missing. I informed her of this and she purchased them the following day. Customer installed skimmer kit and return valve, I put in the pool liner and began filling the pool. I told her she was responsible for watching the liner as the pool filled. I stopped back over to the house to check the pool at 11:30 pm to check the liner, water and structure. I told her she needed a ground wire, which she did not purchase. I told her I would look at home to see if I had one, she could have it at no charge. I did not have one and told her she would need to purchase one and call me when she got the ground wire. She had not called me in a few days. I had gone on vacation for a couple of days, while on vacation for a couple of days. While on vacation, checking my calls I received several text messages from her brother, threatening me to get back to his sisters house, and that he would come to my house. I had every intention of of finishing ground wire and helping with pool filter, even though it was never part of the contract. After the threatening telephone calls I do not want any part of that situation. The customer was happy with my job, when I was done filling the pool. Everything looked good. She paid me and did not hear from her until I received the letter from Revdex.com. Thank You [redacted]

My lights keep blowing and no one will return my call to repair the issue and get me new bulbs. Supposed to have lifetime warranty. It's 1.5yr old. Had outdoor lighting installed in Oct 2012. Owner promised lifetime warranty as is stated on their website. My lights continue to blow and only work for a couple of weeks at a time. No one will call me back. I've tried calling and leaving messages, texts and emails. When my husband called to act like we we renew customers interested in lighting they called back within 5min but found out we need repairs and never called back or came to repair.
