About 7 wks ago we started having an issue with our Samsung oven. The handle was getting very hot, the food was burning, and the door would not shut. We contacted Samsung and they advised us that the appliance is out of warranty even though we had only had it for a year and a half. We called Goldwing Appliance to repair the oven. They sent a tech out who advised us that it was the hinges on the oven that were broken. We told him we think there is also a thermostat issue, which he said that was not the case. They said they would order the part and they would be in a week. A week later nobody showed up, so we called Goldwing Appliance who said that they still had not received the part. They said it would be another week. A week later nobody showed up we called them and they said they still hadn't received the part. The next week we called and they said the part that they received in was defective so they had to order another one. They said they were overnighting the part. A week later t

I contacted GOLDWING APPLIANCE FACTORY SERVICE to fix my stove The stem of the knob was seated too low and would not allow the knob to be used We could not turn one of the burners off and on The repairman came out and told me it was because "there had been too much water used in cleaning the stove" He told me he would have to order a part, bring another guy out to help him fix it and he would call to reschedule in ten days It would be approx$ (I say approxbecause he took the paperworkI could be off by 2.00) I couldn't see how a metal stem could be affected by water, nor could any other company OR Kitchen Aid...I cancelled the order and arranged for an authorized dealer for Kitchen Aid stoves to fix it When the second company came out, it was fixed within lminutes........a loose screw was found within the stove, was reinserted and has been working well ever since When I questioned the "water story", I witnessed a look of shock, just like everyone else

On December I contacted Goodwing Appliance regarding my ice makerDecember 21, 2017, Joshua Wilson order a new ice maker, valve and kickplateDue to the holiday, I had to waited two weeks for the partsJoshua Winstalled the ice maker and valve and he noted that the kickplate wasn't under warrantythe ice maker never worksI called again and complained the ice maker workingFeb 21, Joshua left me information that we need to contact the plumberThen Joshua called and said he made a mistake and we need to replace the filterI ask for paperwork notice this mistakeI then talk to the Joseph the owner about the problemJoseph said thing did work he would order a new partI have tried reach the owner, Joseph, because the ice maker still didn't work on March 12, March and March I called again today March 19, at a.mwith no response

Holding is one of the worst places I have had to deal withThey were called by the manufacture for my washer to come fix it and the technition that showed had a very poor attitude and didn't even introduce himselfIt took him a bit to figure out what was wrong even after I told him what the issue wasTook weeks to get the board for my washer, I called every so often to find out where it was and no-one could give me a answer other then they didn't knowFinally got a call that the board was in and scheduled it to be repaired they called back the day of and told me the tec wasn't going to show because he was sick still and would not send another tec to my location I have been out of a washer for weeks now and they still can't get a guy that can come out when it works with my scheduleDo not use this company

I contacted Goldwing Appliance back in June to fix a noise I was hearing with my refrigerator and to also find out why the ice machine was not working Technician had to order a part for the ice machine Part came in, was installed and 1-months later, had to call them again because the refrigerator was not making ice againTech returned and said one of the wires came loose in the back of the ice maker months later ice maker not working againI called them and now that the refrigerator is out of warranty, they want to charge me a service fee of $to come outI asked why should I pay when the same problem is existingReceptionist or whoever she is, didn't seem to care and said the warranty was up and that I would have to payNaturally I'm not using them ever again and have decided to go with another reputable company Why are they still in business? This company needs to be investigated to see if their technicians are "truly" qualified I THINK NOT! They will NEVER get my business again and I will make sure to tell folks NOT to use them They are clearly a rip off, and their technicians don't know what they are doing

I purchased and new Maytag french door refrigerator from Spencers TV and Appliance in Goodyear, AZ It was delivered on January 4, I started having trouble within days after it was delivered The icemaker and water dispenser would not work and the door said it was ajar when it was closed all the way Goodwing Appliance was the factory service representative
Goldwing came out on February There was found to be a dent on the inside of the door that has the icemaker and water dispenser that was preventing the door to hit a switch on the inside that controlled the icemaker and dispenser A new door was ordered It took over weeks to come in When the repairman came out to install new door, the door had a dent in the same place as the one on the frig plus another dent on the outside of the door(This was on April 6) He put a piece of tape over the switch so that I could use ice and water, but this prevented inside light from coming on when door was opened
Next, Goldwing came back April and put in a "patch" (they called it a spacer) in the dent which allowed frig to work I told them that I was not satisfied with this because I had purchased a new frig and wanted it right They offered $dollars discount I said no If I had to purchase a new door, pay for service call and labor, it would be a lot more than $ (I had also purchased extended warranty with frig)
I contacted sales rep at SpencersHe talked to manager at Goldwing Another door was ordered As of today, June 7, 2017, I still do not have new door At this point, I do not want to deal with Goldwing anymore I would rather have a cash settlement and be done with it I feel at least $would be fair I told the sales rep at Spencers this and also told him Spencers should find another service rep

Worst customer serviceI called to confirm my appointment lady was super rude, didnt listen to a word I was said didn't care to help at all and just hung up never dealing with company ever again and not recommending this company to anyone read the reviews online as I'm not the only one they have a poor track of bad customer service
