Located in Chevy Chase, Maryland, we serve patients from all walks of life, drawn from the... Washington, DC, metropolitan area and from around the world. We have provided advanced medical care for nearly 20 years to highly satisfied individuals who visit the clinic once or twice per year. The David Drew Clinic’s “Modern Physical” comprises an individualized set of diagnostics, including laboratory tests, advanced body imaging, and cardiovascular assessments performed at the Clinic or by co-located medical service providers. Annual or bi-annual visits are coordinated in advance so that a session of physician interview, examination, and advanced testing is conducted efficiently in less than half a day. Early disease detection helps to prevent catastrophic outcomes such as heart attack, stroke, cancer death, ruptured aneurysms, etc. Research demonstrates that our patients live healthier and substantially longer, as shown by a ten-year clinical study published at [redacted] .com. In addition to advanced diagnostics, we provide complimentary interim primary care to our patients, including 24/7 physician access, clinic visits, routine immunizations, etc.The costs of the David Drew Clinic’s services often are partially covered by patients’ health insurance, with reimbursement rates ranging from 10% to 50%. We do not participate directly with health insurance plans. Patients are expected to make payment at the time services are rendered. Once payment is made, we optionally assist individuals with out-of-network insurance benefits to obtain partial reimbursement from their insurer. These policies are detailed on our web site and are explained in detail during an initial intake process that involves a lengthy telephone interview with our patient coordinator, and a medical interview with the prospective David Drew physician. Following the medical interview, each patient receives a detailed written program of planned medical activities together with cost. Then, prior to each diagnostic visit, the patient receives a letter detailing tests to be performed, preparatory instructions, cost, and a request for payment at the visit.Our privacy policies and HIPAA restrictions prevent acknowledgement or discussion of the identity or the medical or administrative issues of patients and prospective patients of the David Drew Clinic, without their explicit written permission. I am rejecting this response because:the boxes that I sent were in MINT condition.  They are lying and are not to be trusted. I will never use this company again, and will advise everyone I know not to trust them. It has not been resolved.

1) Veta [redacted] has used our services three times.We issued payments of $72, $60 and $331 on these occasions. 2) Veta signed Terms & Conditions on our website and she filled out our 'in-box' forms which display the Terms & Conditions. 3) Veta is displeased with the most recent...

transaction in December 2017. She states she sent us "Mint" Boxes, of which we graded them only as "Good".  We have screenshots of the dented damage. 4) Our national buyers dropped their prices so we paid Veta 'good' prices based on our current website prices. 5) In an Email Chain dated December 13, Veta asked if we price match. We do not price match. Veta said she had ALREADY sent out her test strips to us 'assuming’ that we price matched.It was Veta's responsibility to read our Terms & Conditions prior to sending in her test strips.In response to our telling her we do not price match, Veta said "Ok, thanks. Next Time, I will know", on Wed Dec, 13, at 10:07.We do not price match because several competitors promote inflated, unrealistic prices. 6) Veta also said "I rushed to send them back to you guys, then saw the other ads"  Wed, Dec 13, 2017 at 10:12 am. Veta included screenshots of competitors ads. 7) Veta stated in her complaint that, "after longer than usual (about 2 weeks), [she] received another prepaid box with a check in it, and an explanation of why I was only paid a minimum amount for each box."This is incorrect. It took six days, which included a weekend period.Attached is United States Postal Service tracking showing that she received delivery on Thursday December at 5:03 pm. The label was initially created and mailed on December 15 at 5:00pm. We offer PayPal and Bluebird for clients requesting quick pay. Veta requested a check which is dependent upon the USPS as stated in our Terms & Conditions. 8) Veta stated that "This is SO wrong because they should have contacted me if there was a drastic reduction in prices and ask me if I still wanted to use them or not."The Terms & Conditions state that Veta "understands that the terms and conditions may change at any time and she will not be notified of these changes. [She] understands that it is [her] responsibility to read through the terms and conditions... everytime [she] sells her diabetic supplies".Our website states that "use of website signifies acceptance of Terms and Conditions" in several places. The Terms state that "by shipping your supplies to us, you signify your agreement with these terms and conditions".The Terms & Conditions state that Veta "understands that TestStripsAndMore.com has not made any representation that the value assigned to the item is equivalent to fair market value". 9) Veta stated that "there was an $8 per box shortage that is owed to [her] for 6 boxes, I have all the text messages if you need them."Yes, let us see your email chain and compare it with ours. We have enjoyed working with Veta and would continue to do so, we just ask Veta to become more familiar with our Terms & Conditions and be mindful of industry price changes.  We have one premium brand that had a payout of $65 that is now worthless. Most of our national buyers will not buy it, and one will buy it under certain conditions. We have another premium brand that lost value and has now regained some of that value.
