messages.Regarding the unshipped merchandize, the binder is on backorder from our corporate headquarters in Germany and the coin capsules are temporarily inaccessible (palletized and shrinkwrapped).LIGHTHOUSE Customer Service has called the customer upon receiving the Revdex.com's message and already agreed on a resolution. We will replace the missing binder with a similar, more expensive binder at no extra charge and ship all items as soon as they are accessible and the packing/shipping station is operational again. This is expected within the next 2-3 days. Once again, we apologize that the disruptions caused by our corporate move resulted in this poor customer experience. We are confident we will soon be able again to meet or even exceed our customers' expectations.

Review: I placed two separate orders, along with full payments for both, to this company.On their Invoice No.[redacted], dated Sept. 1, 2014, they backordered one #[redacted] Optima Ring Binder, I have not received this item yet.On their Invoice No.[redacted], dated Oct. 20, 2014, their invoice showed that all items were sent. This was wrong. I ordered 4 boxes of #[redacted]Everslab Coin Capsules but only received 2.I have made numerous phone calls to this company within 3 days and only got their answering machine. I have left messages on their answering machine but never received a response. I then sent them an E-mail but to no avail.I have tried to resolve these problems, but they are not responding. I believe I have done as much as I can do. It is up to them to correct their mistakes.Desired Settlement: I want them to ship me the Optima Ring Binder that was back ordered and I want to receive the other 2 boxes of coin capsules that their invoice incorrectly shows as shipped. If they cannot fulfill this request I want them to reimburse me for the products not sent in the amount of $36.85 plus shipping and handling.
