Review: My complaint is I did a contract with Lighthouse tax Finance. I gave them 400 dollars to initiate the program. Now I have gave them 5 payments of 273 and they do not pay it towards my debts. They told me that once I started the program, I would have nothing to worry about, That they would take care of paying my (debts) and to give my creditors their number so that they can make payment arrangements but they have not paid nothing and I am having problems with the debt collectors. Some of them already want to sue me and I call them and they never answer my calls, never. I leave them a message and they never return my calls.Desired Settlement: I believe that it is fraud what they are doing to me because they do not pay off my accounts. I want them to return my money. If possible sue them because they put my credit in bad standing and they do not make my payments

Review: Was having money withheld from my checking account, to be used to pay off credit card bills that got out of hand due to my husband passing & my health,this was to be done for 42 months.I was contacted by letter from Pure Solutions,their plan is to get my debts taken care of in 24 months instead of 42.In a correspondence from Pure Solutions this statement read "On October 27,2010 the Federal Trade Commission[FTC] issued a final ruling on Debt Relief Services to protect consumers with credit card debt and based on that ruling I am entitled to cancel the program and I am entitled to a full refund of any and all fees paid."Lighthouse representive[[redacted]]said they aren't under this ruling because they are a law firm [Lighthouse Tax & Financial],name does not include law firm.I was never told they were a law firm,s being they contacted a lawyer out of St. Louis,Mo.Out of $441 a month only 91.63 was being put into settlement reserves and according to [redacted] that is all I will be refunded, that's a lot of difference in money that has been withheld from my accountDesired Settlement: Would like a full refund of money, $441 monthly since October 2013,$3087
