What this business fails to acknowledge is that they misled me into believing they already had the product and that it would be shippedThis kept me from getting the product elsewhereThey failed to communicate properly and eventually did not communcate at allIt appears to me that they never intended to complete the sale

I ordered a chandelier August 3, 2018 for $383. After many excuses and calls (none of which was initiated by them) I was told on Sept 28th that their account with the manufacturer was suspended and they no longer sold for Danolite. However, the same light I ordered is currently "on stock" on their website but for $783. So they just do not want to honor the price they originally sold it for.

This is in response to the complaint ID...

written above. We did not have the item to ship it. The customers credit card was never billed. We do not bill any customers until we ship their product. Since we were not able to ship the product, we cancelled the order. The customers card will not be billed for the order since it will not be shipped.
