I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below If the Revdex.com needs more proof of my complaint I can provide it the item that is in dispute is still the other websites price it is not a special, it is there regular selling price along with free shipping, I tried to explain this to the company which they tried to dance around telling me it was a special which isn't the case In fact the company complaint department I believe is in the same room as the sales because of the time in between calls there was no time for [redacted] to relay my complaintI feel if they are going to offer that they will beat the competitors price by 110% they either honor their commitments or remove it and not try to mislead the consumerThank You for your help with this matterRegards, [redacted]

Good morning ***Thank you for getting back to meI am sorry I was unable to explain to this customer to his understanding our policy for our 110% price match guarantee Our 110% price match is on regular online advertised priced products & does not apply to closeouts, clearance items,
specials, sale or limited-time discounted items This customer also called our customer service department and was asked to read these terms and conditions with us, and he refused to read the part the excluded the above conditions Unfortunately, there was no way we could make him understand our policy.
