parts and I would do the labor for free. The mother Theresa was aware of the phone call when I told her what I would to do for my customers. Ms. Marie had ran the vehicle hot 3 months after the purchased date and I'm not responsible for her running her vehicle hot! I don't know what she means by the oil being in the inside of the engine. I never spoke to her about the engine oil. I had called the mechanic where her vehicle was at and the mechanic told me Ms. Marie ran the vehicle hot and when you do that you blow the cylinder head gaskets. So the cylinder heads might need to be replaced definitely need the head gaskets they must be changed but the cylinder heads have to be removed and took to machine shop and see if they have been cracked or not I will not be able to see that with a naked eye. That was what I told her she is responsible to replace that if they need to be replaced. I will not refund her money back for the vehicle. The daughter ran the vehicle hot she was not aware of the temperature Gage's I'm sorry I don't see how this is my fought. She had brought her vehicle up to me 3 times before for a auxiliary plug I don't know how to use. The rear seat came unhooked and the front and rear tire needed to be looked at. I don't do tires or balance tires that is why I referred her to [redacted] or [redacted]. Ms. Marie and Ms. Theresa signed as is papers and agreement to arbitrate. I had explained for 2 hours on the what if things that can happen to pay attention to her gages and her lights because u are purchasing an used vehicle. I had her to go get state inspection the day after of the purchase so it can be inspected at a licensed facility and the licensed facility passed the inspection. I'm sorry that her vehicle is broke down and I had offered her help several times but I'm not refunding her money. I treat all of my customers with care and if the vehicle broke down due to bad engine or bad transmission in the 30 days that the vehicle caused on its own I would of replaced the engine but in this case that was not the case. She ran the vehicle hot till it stopped on her.  If you need anything or would like to speak with me I left my information below.
