Review: I had to return my unopened order b/c wrong size. Didn't get a full refund because they said I didn't call them to get permission but I did.

I was told that Fed Ex returned one of the packages to the manufacturer and one was missing. This is an issue between Fed Ex and Lightingtheweb. I did what they told me to do which was to return to sender/ refuse so that it goes back to where it came and as long as the boxes werent opened would be refunded. They claim nobody told me that. I would have done whatever they wanted me to do but this is what they told me to do. Now they kept part of my money even though they have the untouched product I returned and can resell it again. The manager was rude and had me do his legwork tracking thepackages through Fed Ex. I want the rest of my money back. If they had told me I would not be given a full refund I would have kept the lighting and used it for my mother's property. They told me I would get a full refund but now say nobody would say to send the packages without a new label. I can't understand why they are holding on to my money when they have their product and can sell it to someone else. Apparently one package of brackets didn't get back to them, but that is Fed Ex's fault, not mine. They should file a claim, but they told me to do it. When I called Fed Ex they said the company had to file it. Very dishonest and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I want every cent of my money back.
