I just received the mail for the complaint that was made by [redacted]
I have read what [redacted] has said however I feel you should also know from me what the facts are.  [redacted] paid me to do his Federal, State of [redacted]...

[redacted] returns.  I do not charge for one of the state returns as a gesture of appreciation.  Number one:  I had completed and had the returns completed on Feb. 26, 2016,  He came to the office and did in fact pay me for that service.  After he exampled the returns I spoke with him again and explained that there is a reciprocity agreement between the states of [redacted]  I told him I would amend the State of [redacted] at no extra cost to see if it would pay him to file the returns this way.  The first thing I do after a client picks their return up and signs for it to be efiled is just that I e-file the return.  Because I had e-filed the returns both his State of [redacted] and State of [redacted] had to be amended.  I did this amendment and had it ready for him.  I didn't even know there was a problem until I received a certified letter from him.  As far as me not answering my door nor my phone, that just is not right.  If I am here I do always answer each one.  Now, I will grant you that I had been in the hospital for 4 days once and 3 days another and also my son has had 6 surgeries and in and out of the hospital all of 2016.  I may not have been here to answer the door or phone at any of those times but to say he was here 30 times at my door and called me numerous times cannot be right.  I know this is not a big deal to anyone however I was not doing well while I was in the hospital and my son has had those surgeries,  Dr. appointments i[redacted] and C[redacted]  that I had to take him to and be there while the surgeries were being performed.  For taking care of these I cannot say I am sorry.  I usually check my caller id when I return and never seen [redacted]'s phone number on it.  When I seen the call was made to me I returned the call to both him and his girlfriend.I did tell them I would drop off the tax return Sunday but I could not get my copier/printer to print  right and then where's the f---k is his return. It was on my desk ready to be taken to him.  I started to talk to him and he said I want my f---kin tax return and scream I will see you in magistrate court.  Listen, I do not appreciate being talked to like that and if he would have listed I would at that point explained the process he had to do in order to get things taken care of correctly.  I am a widow and was by myself last night, I called my granddaughter and her boyfriend who were on their way in to deliver the returns in his door but then called back and thank God I talked to the girl and told her they were in my mailbox.  They could pick them up or if the wanted to wait they would be in his door.  I told him and I still feel the same NOBODY talks to me that way.  The truth be known he WAS NOT charged for the amendment of either of those returns.  He screamed he would let people know how I am, well I think he had better get things straight because in the end I charged him $113.10 for it.  Now for me to be talked to like he did me and screamed at and threatened for that amount of money!!!  Now, how in the world does he feel like I ripped him off.  I went out of my way to help him.  Like I said I did NOT know of any of this until the present time.  I just got your letter.I maybe should have had it to him sooner but like I said I did not know that he paid the amount due the states without the return.  That is not how the State Law reads.  I really do not know much about what all went on with him but I KNOW THIS if he would have knocked at my door or called me I would have in no way ignored it.  I'm not saying I have had the worse year of my life but by [redacted] it is close.  YES, I did tell him NOBODY TALKS TO ME BY SAYING WHERE THE F---K IS MY RETURN OR I WANT MY F---KIN RETURN.  If he had acted right believe me I would have went out of my way to have helped him completely.  I did the returns, I told him about how much it saved him, and I gave him what he needs to send in and his copies.  I have been in business 46 years and have never had a complaint until this.  Like I said he did not and was not charged for the amendments.   Thank you, [redacted]
