Our records show that the claim was reported to T[redacted] & W[redacted]/TWIW (Agent) on 12/30/16. We forwarded the claim to York Services and we received confirmation of report on 12/30/16. Based on Mr. Lopez’s complaint, the adjuster with York Services contacted him Tuesday, 1/10/2017 and came...
to see the vehicle on Friday, 1/13/2017. Mr. S[redacted] works on behalf of the claims company – York Services. T[redacted] & W[redacted] did their due diligence to report the claim in a timely manner in order for the claims adjuster to help resolve the matter. We will reach out to the claims adjuster directly to the claims adjuster and request that he contact the claimant – A[redacted] as soon as possible to resolve this matter.
