I was offered a free trial to purchase a product with no warning that I would be charged in FULL to my card without my authorization or awareness.
I came across an add to purchase these weight loss pills as a free trial. There was no alert that I would then be charged in FULL to my card without my knowledge. I purchased these as a one time purchase, NOT a subscription. There is no direct link to contact them to receive my refund. I was charged $69.95 WITHOUT my knowledge until I received another package of the pills with and ADDITIONAL one I did not authorize.

Desired Outcome

I am wanting a refund of my money that was not authorized to be taken in the first place.

After reviewing Ms.' complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion. Our customers are demanding a more flexible utilization model, so we have transitioned to the monthly subscription-based schedule. This allows our active, on-the-go professionals the convenience of automatically receiving their skin regimen. They are given a 14-day trial period to decide whether or not our product meets their needs, for only the cost of shipping and handling. We do not sell or market sample items as they are not manufactured for sample sizes. After the trial, they are then charged for our stellar products at the full retail price and enrolled in our subscription-based schedule per the terms and conditions of the offer.
Whenever an order is placed with us, there is a confirmation email that is sent out to the email address the customer provides upon placing the order. This email includes an order summary along with their account number and the trial details.
Upon further review of Ms.' account, she has never contacted us to request to have her account cancelled. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, as a onetime courtesy, we have refunded the retail cost back to Ms.. This will give her a total reimbursement today of $149.90. Please allow 3-7 business days to reflect back into the account on file, Ms. also received a refund confirmation email. In addition, her account with us is inactive; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. We would like to again sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused.

I never got an confirmation email from you, and I would like to cancel my subscription for the lightning keto and garcinia cambogia.
Once I ordered the products I never received a confirmation email, therefore I cannot get ahold of the company. I would like to cancel my subscription.

I do not want to be charged for any other products

I ordered their product LIGHTENING KETO on a trial basis. I then wished to cancel in the appropriate time frame. For over a week now I have been trying to contact them...to no avail. I have left messages for a call back...to no avail.
So today low and behold my account was debited $79.95 (that's for an additional product they sent BURTON GARCINIA. Now the Keto will be next.
The phone number on the bank debit was 855-633-6063.
I called it...to no avail.
They are literally stealing from me not being able to contact them. Now this will continue every month!
The same messages come on when you call. I think they must have a recording of the recording!!!
I am at a loss as to what to do!
Could you please help me? I cannot afford it and I don't want it.
