When Mr. [redacted] initially contacted Centier regarding this fee the account requirements were again shared with him.Since receiving your complaint letter we have reviewed Mr. [redacted]'s accounts and have attempted to contact him via phone and email without success. The enclosed letter was sent viaU.S. Postal Mail today as well.Centier would like to discuss our other account options that might be more suitable for Mr. [redacted]' s needs and help him avoid fees going forward. A monthly maintenance fee of $1.00 will continue each month until Mr. [redacted] changes the type of account or makes a deposit to meet the minimum balance requirement of $50.00.In the meantime, due to Mr. [redacted]'s loyal banking relationship with Centier, we will waive the fee total of$38.00. The owner of this business, one Alex [redacted] hasn't the slightest idea on how to run a business. Appointments were made at his shop on two separate occasions. Each time he was not there and after waiting for half an hour each time he still never showed up. He never answers his phone and he never returns messages. Terrible experience from this business. If one could even call it that.

I have been going to Lightning Lube for a very long time,, however this time it's a one star rating. Brought in my jeep and I could watch the entire [redacted] and [redacted] episode in front of me.. No Filter Change *but charged) They never did check my air filter, because the young lady had no idea how to open the air system up to check.... It says on my bill - Oil level checked upon arrival (BULL) Oil Filter Changed (BULL) Lube - (Yeah Right) Cabin Air Filter Checked (there isn't one) Differential Fluid Checked (where I was sitting I could see that wasn't true) Tire Pressure (BULL) Fuel Filter (Never checked because they never uncovered the location) and left the check engine light on.. Don't use them, I'm on the way to Jiffy Lube now to get my oil change done correctly as I don't really know for sure what the hell was done!
Oh yeah and the power steering fluid that was added? why is it empty?

Review: On Aug 14th 2015 I took my car in for an oil change at Midas 2428 N Scottsdale Rd,Scottsdale. They informed me that my oil pan plug was stripped by the previous mechanic. That was done at Lightning Lube. I have proof that was the last oil change by invoice and mileage.

Midas informed me that the oil pan would need to be replaced. I called Lightning lube and the mechanic rushed over to Midas. He then continued to look at my car while it was at Midas. He was quite panicked and told me that it only needed a oversized plug.

Midas told me that was not the best fix and could risk further problems. I had Midas place the oversized plug and immediately took my vehicle to the Chapman Chrysler dealership. The dealership confirmed fault in the last mechanic and said the pan should be replaced.

Following my time at the dealership, I went to lightning lube asking for a confirmation of my service completed with them. I then asked for a contact for a manager. The gentlemen I spoke to said there was no manager or way to contact them. He would not give me a contact but simply said someone came each night to collect mail and pay them but there is no way to contact them. I asked for an owner and got the same response

I have all of these events documented by Midas. I have 2 service quoted for more the $700. I do not want to pursue legal council but do have access to attorneys if neededDesired Settlement: Lightning Lube to assume responsibility for damage and repair bill.

Review: I took my car into the shop on July 3, 2015 for an oil change. I spent about $50.00 for the service and then a few weeks went by. All of a sudden, two of my lights went on (VSC, Check Engine). I took my car back into the shop and James and Allen told me that they accidentally unplugged my hose near my engine which resulted in the lights going off. They connected the hose, reset the lights and I drove off. Within 5 minutes, the VSC light came on and I called the shop. Allen and James had not heard of that light before so they asked me to Google it. I Googled it and the website told me to take my vehicle into the Toyota dealership immediately as the light means that something could be wrong with my brakes. I took my vehicle to the dealership and the dealer said that one of my sensors was disconnected during the oil change.Desired Settlement: The service cost me $111.00 (Have receipt) and I am expecting that Lightning Lube help me cover the cost of this extra unnecessary service. I have called the dealership and left a voicemail but no response as of yet.
