I went through the drive thru car wash. The boy with the scrub brush handed me my antenna cover that the screws sheared out when he was cleaning my car. I asked for the manager but he wouldn't come out so he sent out an employee that told me that nothing is going to be done because they are not responsible.
Good Morning MR., My name is *** from Lightning Mcclean Car Wash, I'm writing you this email because I've called you multiple times and left messages and I've gotten no returned call or response from you. On Saturday 2-15-18 at approximately 12:18 one of our car wash attendants went to the back of your car to check your shark antenna as he's instructed to do. We do this to check and see if the antennas are loose or broken, yours was not screwed in at all as it moved with ease, you stated in your complaint that the " screws sheared out when the attendant was cleaning your car", the attendant never scrubbed your roof at all, here is video footage of the incident that you have not chose to come view and it was offered to you the day of the incident from the manager on duty that reviewed the cameras and had an attendant come offer to you, and I've personally called you multiple times to come and view the footage and you haven't returned any call, and I left messages as well.
I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I have emailed them back telling him that I am going over the video and will be in contact with him.
