Years Free membership contractAspen Athletic Club's policy states that every member must fill out a cancellation form or send a certified letter stating they would like to cancel to end their membershipIf neither of those two options are fulfilled, billing is automatically picked up and the members membership continues*** paid in full and signed her contract that clearly stated Aspen Athletic Club's cancellation policyAspen Athletic Club did not receive a signed and dated cancellation form or a certified letter stating that *** would like to cancel her membership until January 21st, 2016, therefore her first due's were posted for $on October 2nd, On December 11th, 2015, *** contacted Aspen Athletic Clubs member services stating that she no longer wanted her membershipMember services told *** exactly how to cancel her membership*** filled out a cancellation form and paid her dues of $on January 21st, in person at Aspen Athletic ClubOur policies are clearly stated and adhered toThere will be no refund issued to *** ** ***Aspen Athletic Club cancelled *** ** ***'s membership as of January 21st, In Health, Taylor SAspen Athletic Clubs

The attached contract states the okay to draw money out of my account (EFT), and in order to stop the withdrawal from my account that cancelation needs to be in writingThere has been no withdrawal on my account, no where does it state I will be billed or there is an extension of the contractThis is an "RFT Authorization" agreement ONLY
Per Contract:
"I authorize Aspen Athletic Club, LLC to electronically deduct ("EFT") my monthly
Dues"
This is not giving them permission to extend my contract past what I already paid forI called and cancelled, I also sent in an invoice stating "Canceled"I have only received another invoice after I called and sent the invoice in as canceledI never received any good or services for the $and I have no idea what these charges are for
Per Contract:
"or I tell Aspen Athletic club, in writing to stop" I told them I was cancelling and the in writing piece refers to the authorized withdrawal from my account, they never withdrew any money from my account
This is not an extension of the contractThis was a prepaid membershipNo monthly invoice was sent to me, I don't even know what the charges are for
This is unacceptable, they need to adjust the amount owed to This is a scam, they cannot out of the blue charge someone something without a monthly invoiceI did not receive any goods or services
The membership type is a "BOGO" service Buy ONE Get ONE free, I bought a year and I got a year for free, there it ends
