I purchased my car in early January from a family member who did take very good car of the carThis car has seen the worst: children grime, cigarette smoke, used car parts and fluids, burn marks from OVERDUE brakes, and the list goes on and onI originally dreaded the idea of getting the car detailed as it gets pricey and I was looking at hours of work on a car that made you dirty just getting in and out of I searched for a long time before I realized that this would an impossible feat for my walletIt was then that West told me he had his own business and without hesitation I jumped on the opportunityI knew I could trust him to honestly price the work and to do a great job, but when he gave me an estimate a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulder as it was in fact very reasonable and fairI reiterated to him that this was quite the job and gonna be a fun little challenge for him, but he never had his doubts and assured me that he could do the job West is extremely flexible and worked so well with my crazy scheduleHe made it a point to help me in any way possible including services to drive me to/from work with he cleaned up the car! When I returned to see the new and improved mess of mine, I was shockedI knew it would be clean, but I never thought it could be in this condition againWest managed (by some sort of sorcery) to make the burn marks on the side of the car (which from a distance looked like someone had gone four wheeling in the car and had racked up a bunch of mud/dirt on the side and by the tires) as well as ridding of the cigarette residue and smell completely gone! I am no longer embarrassed to drive around and now can actually show off my new car and carry passengers! Apart from being widely talented and non-judgmental of disgusting cars, West was so cordial, understanding, attentive, punctual, and professionalI would recommend Lightning Shine to anyone that is looking to refresh their vehicle or someone who desperately needs a deep clean like I did!
