posted private parking lot without the the parking permit and leave the premises to conduct business elsewhere. This complainant did not have a parking permit, therefore she had no right to park in this parking lot. The complainant openly admits she left the vehicle on this private parking lot and went to City Hall to pay fines to get another vehicle out of the City Impound. Complainant was indeed advised of thisThe complainant also states that our company was rude to her. The complainant came in very angry, abusive and used very colorful language regarding this impound. She also had demanded we show her our contract with the property her vehicle was illegally parked on.  We, of course, refused this demand and advised her that this would be  3rd party disclosure. All the information she needed was posted on the No Parking signage, if she indeed took the time to read it. When people who's vehicles are impounded come to retrieve there vehicles, some are very angry and take it out on the towing company, instead of blaming themselves for not abiding by properly posted signs.The signs are there for their information. We act accordingly by just listening and advising them of the charges to get their vehicle released, also when we try to explain some things to her she screamed that she was educated and already knows. Therefore as not to buy into her quest for an argument we stopped explaining anything to her, as it was just fueling her anger, as to what she assumed and what was reality were not in her favor. Complainant also states she did not receive any paperwork. She did indeed receive a letter head receipt that shows a detailed impound report.The complainant states she asked valid questions regarding our licensing . All of our licenses and permits are posted for all to see in our office.
