Lightopia

Review: For a bathroom remodel, we wanted completely new lighting. All LED lights. We needed dimmers/switches, transformers, and LED lights. The complete requirements and suggested products were sent to Lightopia for them to verify that the products would function together as expected before ordering them. Lightopia confirmed that they had contacted the manufacturer of the switches/dimmers (Legrand) and the manufacturer of the transformers and LED lights (Edge) and that it would all indeed work together. We placed the order and received the products.

Upon installation, it turned out that the Legrand dimmers and Edge transformers are incompatible. We pointed this out to Lightopia and asked to return the transformers, offering to buy compatible ones instead if Lightopia carry those. They have so far refused.Desired Settlement: Full refund for purchased transformers.
